Start with both watches
A useful trade-in enquiry includes the watch you own and the one you are considering. Send the product link or reference for your next watch, together with details and photos of your current piece.
You can browse the collection first or ask for guidance if you have not chosen a replacement. Confirm availability before planning a visit for a specific watch.
Prepare your current watch details
- Identify the piece: Share its brand, model and reference number, if known.
- Explain the condition: Include visible wear, known repairs or modifications and any documented service history.
- List accompanying items: Tell us whether you have the box, papers, cards, accessories or additional bracelet links.
- Send clear photographs: Include the dial, case, case back, bracelet or strap, clasp and any documents.
If your watch has no box or papers, tell us at the outset and ask about assessment. Do not assume a complete set is required or that every watch-only piece will be accepted.
Understand the proposed trade
- Share your enquiry. Send the current watch details and your preferred replacement listing on WhatsApp.
- Discuss inspection and viewing. Confirm the outlet and what to bring. The watch needs an in-person assessment before a final trade value can be agreed.
- Review the figures and terms. Confirm the proposed trade-in value, the replacement price in RM, any balance payable and the transaction arrangements.
- Decide with the details clear. Check the replacement watch, included items and applicable purchase terms before agreeing to proceed.
Availability, acceptance and the final terms depend on the watches involved. An enquiry or preliminary indication does not reserve a watch or guarantee a completed trade.
